Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. Thank you for your query. I am Dr. Rommstein, I understand your concerns and I will try to help you as much as I can.
It means that there are no signs of adenokarcinoam or epitelial cancer but there is atypical lymphoid tissue present which should be evaluated more precisely. This can sign of simple inflamamtion of duodenal mucosa but also, sign of lymphoma. I suggest to wait for few weeks and then repeat biopsy if symptoms persist. Also, you need to do bone marrow biopsy and do tests for lymphoma. Again, more likely this is just benign inflamamtory change butto ease your mind, it should be ruled out with repeated biopsy. I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us in every time. Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
